Walmart in Liberty Hill anchors a larger shopping destination
The store will anchor Santa Rita Ranch Center, a planned $100 million, 400,000-square-foot commercial development. Shopping Center Business reported that Provident Realty Advisors signed Walmart as the anchor tenant.
The center will bring shopping to the Highway 29 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard junction. Santa Rita Ranch’s announcement identifies Walmart as the center’s first major retailer, with groceries, household essentials and pharmacy services planned.
