Venvino’s Leander private-events page explicitly says the studio is still preparing to open. A firm opening date has not been verified. The December 31 date in the construction filing is an estimated completion date for the work, not an announced first day for customers.
Registered as TABS2027000689, the project describes finishing an existing empty shell space. Although the work category says new construction, the scope is a tenant finishout. Trinity Architects is the listed design firm.
