Back Nine Burleson plans could give local golfers a way to keep swinging long after sunset. Back Nine Golf is preparing a 2,400-square-foot indoor-golf facility at 2870 SW Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 100, bringing its Full Swing simulators and 24/7 access model to a newer commercial center.

The company’s official location directory already includes Burleson. That provides brand confirmation beyond the state construction filing, which identifies the project as “Back 9 Burleson” at Wilshire Plaza.

For residents, the draw is straightforward: a place to practice or play a virtual round without planning around daylight or weather. The concept centers on simulator time, with memberships and booking policies shaping how customers use the space.

Back Nine Burleson Brings Golf Beyond Daylight Hours

Back Nine builds its model around round-the-clock indoor golf access, particularly for members. That can make an early practice session or a late virtual round possible when traditional courses have closed. Local membership and reservation rules will determine access; 24/7 does not mean unrestricted walk-in use for everyone.

The company also offers public tee-time booking at participating locations. Its Grand Prairie location, for example, explicitly allows reservations without a membership. Burleson customers should check the local options as the facility prepares to open.

Inside a simulator bay, players hit real golf balls toward a screen. Full Swing technology translates those shots into virtual play and reports performance information. Ball speed and launch angle are among the measurements that can help golfers understand what happened after contact.

That creates two different ways to spend a session: work repeatedly on a particular shot, or play through a virtual course. Back Nine also offers leagues and tournaments across its network. A Burleson-specific event calendar has not been established in the project materials.

A Compact Golf Setup on SW Wilshire

The planned space sits along one of Burleson’s established commercial corridors. Commercial leasing information describes the property as roughly 14,504 square feet of office and retail space built in 2024. Marketing has included unfinished shell space, consistent with a center still adding tenants.

Back Nine appears to be filling previously available space in that recently constructed property. The project calls for a lease-space buildout within the existing building. Research did not establish a former occupant for Suite 100.

The size also has a useful comparison within the brand. Back Nine’s Grand Prairie operator describes a 2,400-square-foot shop with three Full Swing simulators in its chamber listing. The Burleson footprint matches that approximate size, showing how the concept can fit into a relatively small commercial suite.

That comparison does not confirm three bays for Burleson. A local floor plan or company announcement would be needed to establish the exact arrangement.

Another Option in Burleson’s Indoor-Golf Scene

Indoor golf already has a home in Burleson. 1611 Golf Club in Old Town operates eight simulator bays, a putting green, a full bar and a kitchen. Its Trackman-based format combines golf with dining, gatherings and events.

Back Nine Burleson would add another option with a different emphasis: a compact facility centered on flexible access, practice and virtual play. The distinction is useful for golfers deciding whether they want a broader night-out setting or time to work on their game.

Back Nine Continues Its DFW Reach

Burleson joins a wider North Texas footprint. The company’s directory also lists locations in Arlington, Grand Prairie and Aledo-Willow Park, among other markets. The Wilshire project extends a concept already familiar elsewhere in the region.

What Comes Next for Back Nine Burleson

State registration TABS2027002054 outlines an estimated $185,000 buildout. The scope includes walls, electrical work and HVAC installation within the 2,400-square-foot lease space. The filing identifies Jeremiah Slatten as the tenant contact.

The filed construction schedule runs from September 28 through November 26, 2026. The listed start date has passed, but the registration alone does not confirm that work is underway. November 26 is a construction estimate, not an announced opening date.

Once the facility opens, Burleson golfers would have another way to fit practice or a round into their schedules. A simulator cannot change a wayward swing, but it can take rain, darkness and traditional course hours out of the equation.
