One of the biggest projects shaping that next chapter is Lafayette Crossing, a 267-acre mixed-use development along I-30 planned with more than 400,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, business districts, residential development, parks and trails. The project is planned to build out over roughly 15 to 20 years and has already attracted major retail commitments.
