Yogurtland is planning a $150,000, 1,247-square-foot tenant finish-out at 1051 Heights Boulevard, Suite 120, in Houston’s Heights Central Station development.

The state accessibility filing identifies a $150,000 interior tenant fit-out at 1051 Heights Boulevard, Suite 120. MFT Heights LP is listed as owner and RSW Consultants as designer. Estimated construction runs from December 4, 2026, through January 22, 2027; those dates are projections, not an announced opening.

A proposed new tenant in the Heights

Suite 120 previously housed Clean Juice, according to 2019 reporting on the business’s arrival. The new filing provides a specific proposed use for that same suite, although the timing of the former tenant’s departure and any direct handover have not been confirmed.

Architect Kirksey describes Heights Central Station as a project on the former Heights Post Office site, comprising two two-story buildings, a coffee shop and surface parking.

KW Landscape Architects describes retail and dining at street level with offices above, plus sidewalks, bicycle racks, benches and planting that connect the development with the Heights Boulevard jogging trail. The proposed shop would occupy space within this established mixed-use setting.

An interior project, not a new building

Houston’s historic-preservation records include the original 2016 development application, with site plans and elevations. Those drawings document the center’s earlier design, not the proposed Yogurtland layout.

The brand already has Houston-area locations, so the filing is not evidence of a first Houston store. The specific operator and whether this is an additional location or a relocation remain unconfirmed.

Construction schedule and opening remain separate

The $150,000 figure is a filed construction estimate, not a confirmed final cost. The proposed December-to-January construction window does not establish when the shop might open.

The available record points to a new fit-out within an established mixed-use center. A Yogurtland-specific design and opening date have not yet been verified.
