RevZilla plans a motorcycle-gear store at 100 Howell Street in Dallas’s Design District. A Texas accessibility filing outlines a $245,000 interior remodel of 7,039 square feet, including new fitting rooms, retail fixtures and a wall separating sales and stock areas.
Construction is scheduled to begin November 1, 2026, and finish January 15, 2027. That is the listed construction timeline, not a confirmed opening date.
RevZilla brings an online favorite into the showroom
Founded by riders in 2007, RevZilla built its business around motorcycle gear, parts and accessories. Its online shopping platform pairs products with detailed video reviews and guidance to help riders choose equipment for their needs.
A physical store adds something a screen cannot: the chance to compare gear in person. For Dallas riders, the planned fitting rooms point to a shopping experience where trying on riding apparel is part of the visit.
What riders shop for at RevZilla
The retailer’s broader selection includes helmets, riding jackets, gloves, boots, protective apparel and motorcycle accessories. Its catalog spans different riding styles, from touring and everyday street riding to dirt and track use. The Dallas store’s exact inventory has not been announced.
Racks of jackets and walls of helmets give those categories a physical presence beyond an online product page. The Howell Street project focuses on retail use, with existing restrooms, lighting and HVAC distribution remaining in place under the filed scope.
RevZilla lease confirmed in the Design District
The project has support beyond the filing. Broker Oliver Day announced a lease with Cycle Gear/RevZilla at the same Howell Street address, naming Daniel Frid of SHOP Companies as the tenant’s representative. His lease announcement places the store in the Dallas Design District.
The company’s current showroom directory lists RevZilla locations in Philadelphia, Denver and Costa Mesa, California. It separately lists Cycle Gear locations, including stores in Texas. The Dallas project would extend RevZilla’s physical presence, although the company has not confirmed a first-in-Texas designation.
Blu Arc Design is listed as the architect for the remodel. With a lease announcement and plans for fitting rooms and merchandise displays, the Howell Street space is taking shape as a new destination for Dallas motorcycle shoppers.
