The 7 Brew Terrell project would bring the city’s first stand to 1413 W. Moore Ave. Plans call for a 510-square-foot, prefabricated coffee shop devoted to drive-thru service along the established West Moore Avenue corridor.
The brand’s current official Texas directory lists no operating Terrell location. The project would add Terrell to a footprint that already includes North Texas and nearby East Texas markets, including Canton, Corsicana and Red Oak.
Behind the proposal is Coulter Properties LLC, a repeat name on Texas 7 Brew developments. That connection places the West Moore project within an established building program, rather than an isolated coffee-shop proposal.
What 7 Brew Terrell Customers Can Expect
For customers, 7 Brew centers the experience on drinks and vehicle service, without a traditional café dining room. Its official menu spans coffee, energy drinks, teas, smoothies and other beverages. Customers can adjust flavors, sweetness and milk choices, then add toppings such as cold foam.
Terrell already has coffee options, so this is a new brand entering an existing market. The appeal for its future customers is another place to pick up a customized drink during a commute or a trip through town.

Coulter’s Texas Coffee-Stand Development Trail
The 7 Brew Terrell filing identifies Coulter Properties as the owner and Kyle Hart as its contact. Earlier state registrations connect the same company and contact to 7 Brew projects in Red Oak and Corsicana.
The Red Oak registration described a 541-square-foot prefabricated stand with a $500,000 estimated construction value. Corsicana used the same reported size and estimate. Those records establish a history of compact, purpose-built coffee stands under Coulter’s ownership.
A newer comparison is TCM’s reported 7 Brew project in Gun Barrel City. That Coulter-owned project lists a 541-square-foot stand and a $1.25 million construction estimate—the same filed value as Terrell.
The comparison shows continuity in the developer and format, even as reported project estimates differ. It does not establish why the newer figures are higher or prove that the sites have identical construction requirements.
A Compact Stand With a Larger Site
The 510-square-foot figure describes the enclosed Terrell stand. A drive-thru business also needs space outside the building for vehicles to enter, queue, receive drinks and leave.
Projects of this type can involve paving, utilities, canopies, equipment and other site improvements in addition to the small building. The filed budget therefore should not be read as a price for only 510 square feet of enclosed space.
Terrell’s registration does not provide a detailed cost breakdown or establish a lane count. The clear takeaway is the format: a compact prefabricated stand serving a vehicle-focused operation.
7 Brew Terrell Plans Focus on West Moore
West Moore Avenue, part of the U.S. 80 corridor, gives the project a familiar local address. Homero’s Yellow Rose at 1416 W. Moore Ave. provides a nearby landmark for residents placing the proposed stand.
The location puts 7 Brew along an existing commercial route through Terrell. It would add a beverage stop to that corridor as the brand continues filling in its North Texas footprint.
The proposal calls for new construction, but the available research does not establish a former tenant or demolition plan for 1413 W. Moore. The filing identifies what the developer wants to build, without documenting a property-replacement story.
Filed Schedule Points to 2026–27 Construction
The state registration, TABS2027002175, carries an estimated construction cost of $1.25 million. Its filed schedule runs from December 7, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
Those dates are construction estimates. March 26 is not a confirmed opening date, and the registration does not establish that work has started.
For residents, the next milestone will be an opening announcement. For now, the 7 Brew Terrell plans identify a specific new stop on West Moore and extend Coulter’s documented Texas coffee-stand development trail.
