The Archer Plans a 16-Resident Assisted Living Home in Weatherford

Sixteen residents. That is the number at the heart of The Archer Assisted Living, a planned Weatherford community whose founders are building their identity around a small setting and more personal attention.

Husband-and-wife founders Braeden and Lili Moses are preparing an assisted-living and memory-care community at 3910 Tin Top Road. The Archer describes its concept as “Western Luxury,” pairing a residential Texas aesthetic with a deliberately limited resident count.

For Weatherford and Parker County families, the project introduces a locally developed senior-living concept with a clear emphasis: a place intended to feel like home. Its early promotional material puts the promise plainly: “Sixteen. Small scale means more attention.”

The Archer Assisted Living puts its small scale first

The 16-resident plan is central to how The Archer presents itself. Its public materials emphasize the opportunity for individualized attention within a smaller community, making the number of residents part of the concept’s appeal.

That scale also helps clarify an awkward description in the state construction record. The filing calls the project a “4-16 bed assisted living facility.” The Archer’s own promotion identifies a 16-resident concept; the wording does not describe four separate 16-bed buildings or a 64-bed development.

Texas Health and Human Services defines a small assisted-living facility as one licensed for 16 or fewer residents, according to its assisted-living quality study. That classification provides context for the filing’s language. It does not, by itself, establish The Archer’s licensing status.

The project’s message is about familiarity and attention at a residential scale. The Archer has not documented a staffing ratio in the materials reviewed, so its promise of more attention remains the operator’s stated approach rather than a measurable staffing commitment.

Assisted living and memory care under one identity

The Archer’s public social profile describes the planned Weatherford community as offering both assisted living and memory care and identifies it as coming soon. Those two services are part of the project’s announced identity from the outset.

The early materials focus on the setting and the resident experience. They do not yet provide a detailed care program, specific medical services or a breakdown of how the 16 residents would be accommodated between assisted living and memory care.

For now, the concept is clearest in its intended atmosphere: a small community with a residential character and an emphasis on personal attention. More detailed service information will be important as the founders move toward welcoming residents.

Braeden and Lili Moses introduce a local project

The Archer introduces Braeden and Lili Moses as the husband-and-wife team behind the development. Their promotional introduction connects the project directly to Parker County families and presents the community as a home they are building together.

The construction record provides a separate connection to the ownership team. It names Aimwell Solutions LLC as the owner and identifies Braeden Moses as its manager.

That founder presence gives The Archer a personal face while the project is still taking shape. The couple’s public introduction, the emphasis on 16 residents and the home-focused imagery all reinforce the same message: a community whose identity rests on being small and locally developed.

The Archer uses “Western Luxury Assisted Living” in its branding for the planned Weatherford community.

A Western-inspired look for The Archer Assisted Living

The exterior rendering promoted by The Archer presents a broad, single-story building with gabled rooflines, light-colored exterior surfaces and a sheltered entrance. Landscaping and a curved drive frame a design that reads more like a large Texas farmhouse than a multistory senior-living complex.

Those are features shown in the promotional rendering, rather than confirmation of final materials or a complete amenity package. The image nevertheless gives the project’s “Western Luxury” positioning a visible form: familiar residential shapes and a home-like arrival.

The description belongs to The Archer’s marketing. TCM is not independently rating the community as a luxury property or making claims about the quality of future care.

The Tin Top Road project and construction timeline

The physical plan calls for 9,635 square feet of single-story new construction. The state filing describes wood-frame construction on a concrete slab and lists Cadon Architecture Studio as the design firm.

Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation project TABS2027001680, titled “The Archer Assisted Living,” registers an estimated $2 million construction cost. Its listed construction schedule runs from December 1, 2026, through December 1, 2027. Readers can locate the project by number through the TDLR project search.

Those dates describe the registered construction schedule, not a confirmed resident move-in date. The Archer’s public messaging remains “Coming Soon.”

As The Archer Assisted Living moves toward construction in Weatherford, its most distinctive number remains 16. Braeden and Lili Moses are presenting a small community built around a residential setting, a Western-inspired identity and their stated goal of giving residents more individual attention.
