The address is also home to Desi District, which markets that restaurant as its Prosper location. However, Frisco city permit records identify the property at 2275 University Drive as Hollyhock Retail 3. The new filing likewise uses Frisco.
The shared address does not establish that the ice cream shop will replace Desi District or operate inside it. The available project details leave that arrangement unconfirmed.
Vikey has a documented connection to another local shop. The earlier Main Street project filing names him as the tenant for 13089 Main Street, Suite 500. Kwality’s official website also lists that Frisco address. The University Drive filing identifies a different site, but it does not confirm a relocation.
