Regency Centers’ property listing identifies Bronx Bagel in space 0118, measuring 1,412 square feet—an exact match to the new filing. Its tenant list also includes Craftway Kitchen, Subway, and Starbucks.
The center uses both Legacy Drive and Lebanon Road addresses. While the filing lists 4112 Legacy Drive, Bronx Bagel advertises this location at 5729 Lebanon Road. Regency lists both roads in the property’s address, connecting the announcement to the same shopping center.
A second Bronx Bagel on Preston Road
The other announced shop is at 11025 Preston Road. A separate state registration lists a $750,000 interior finish-out for a 2,525-square-foot bagel shop at Highland Village in Frisco.
Together, the filings describe two differently sized spaces under the same name. The business’s website independently confirms both addresses, making this more than a single shop appearing in construction records.
When the shops are expected to open
Bronx Bagel advertises November 2026 for Preston Road and January 2027 for Lebanon Road. Those are business-announced targets, not confirmed grand-opening days.
Construction schedules are separate: the Lebanon project filing estimates a November 9 finish, while the Preston filing lists December 5. The Preston construction estimate falls after its advertised opening month, so that timeline still needs clarification.
