A new drive-thru coffee option is headed to Alvin.
7 Brew Coffee is preparing to open its first Alvin location at 3200 TX-35, according to construction records and a recent local report.
The project calls for construction of a new 541-square-foot prefabricated, drive-thru-only coffee stand with an estimated construction cost of $1.25 million.
Construction is currently listed to begin August 3, 2026, with completion scheduled for November 30, 2026.
7 Brew Targets Late-November Opening
The construction timeline lines up closely with an expected opening date already reported for the new location.
Community Impact reported in June that 7 Brew plans to open the Alvin stand in late November at the same 3200 TX-35 address.
The Alvin location does not yet appear among the company’s operating Texas stands on 7 Brew’s official location directory.
What Is 7 Brew?
Founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017, 7 Brew has expanded rapidly with a business model centered around small-footprint, drive-thru-only coffee stands.
Its menu extends beyond traditional coffee and includes customizable espresso drinks, cold brews, teas, smoothies and flavored energy drinks.
The company already operates throughout Texas, including several locations in the greater Houston and Gulf Coast region.
The Alvin project is currently registered with the state, with construction scheduled to wrap up just as the company targets its late-November opening.
