Mejuri Dallas store plans point to a new NorthPark Center location, bringing the fine-jewelry retailer’s approach to everyday jewelry to another Texas city.
A newly registered Texas construction filing identifies a 939-square-foot retail project at 8687 North Central Expressway, Suite 2258, Dallas, TX 75225. The estimated renovation cost is $300,000.
The proposed location appears poised to become the brand’s first store in Dallas. However, TCM found no official opening announcement in the retailer’s or shopping center’s current directories.
A New Jewelry Destination for Dallas Shoppers
Mejuri has built its brand around making fine jewelry part of everyday life rather than reserving it exclusively for special occasions.
Founded in Toronto in 2015, the company offers rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, with an emphasis on contemporary designs and personal expression. Its planned arrival would give Dallas-area shoppers another opportunity to explore the brand’s jewelry in person.
NorthPark Center’s retailer directory already includes established jewelry names such as David Yurman, Tiffany & Co. and Blue Nile. Mejuri would add another recognizable brand to that shopping lineup.

Mejuri Continues Its Texas Retail Presence
The planned Dallas store would expand Mejuri’s presence in Texas. The retailer’s official store directory lists Domain Northside in Austin and Montrose Collective in Houston.
The directory reviewed for this report did not list a Dallas store. Together with the construction registration, that supports an anticipated local debut, although it does not establish an opening date.
The Mejuri Dallas project also reflects the brand’s combination of online shopping and physical stores, where customers can explore jewelry collections firsthand.

What the Mejuri Dallas Renovation Plans Show
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registration, TABS2027002911, describes a renovation of existing retail space. It calls for new interior walls, ceilings, lighting and equipment, along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
The filing schedules construction to begin March 1, 2027, with completion listed for June 30, 2027. These are preliminary construction estimates, not a confirmed retail opening schedule. The registration does not establish that work has begun.
NorthPark Land Partners is the listed property owner, and Zebra Projects Inc. is the design firm. The $300,000 figure is an estimated construction cost.

What Comes Next for Mejuri in Dallas?
The proposed store would introduce Mejuri to one of Dallas’ established shopping destinations. Details such as an opening date and location-specific services remain unconfirmed.
Elsewhere in the city, TCM has tracked dd’s Discounts’ planned store at Wheatland Towne Crossing, another proposal to adapt existing shopping-center space for a retailer.
Texas Construction Media will continue tracking the NorthPark Center project as additional information becomes available.
