That gives the planned store a straightforward appeal: a place to browse a fresh outfit while making an existing shopping run. Rather than introducing a new retail district, J.Crew Factory would add another reason to visit an established one.

The address is 5001 183A Toll Road, within the approximately 408,500-square-foot Parke shopping center. Its mix of national retailers already makes it a substantial destination along the corridor. A clothing store here would join a setting where shoppers can combine several stops in one trip.
The most telling local detail is the space itself. Current leasing material lists Unit 023 as an available 4,931-square-foot space—an exact match for the area in the J.Crew Factory construction filing. That provides a strong indication of the planned location within the center, but the matching numbers alone do not confirm a suite assignment.
The leasing plan places Unit 23 just below Ulta in the retail row that also includes Whole Foods. This helps readers locate the likely space within the larger center. However, the plan is leasing material, not a rendering of the future J.Crew Factory storefront.
