The landlord’s August 26, 2026 site plan identifies Ross in suite 301B/C, with approximately 26,800 square feet. The drawing places My Melrose on one side and TruFit on the other.
CBG Commercial Real Estate also names Ross in its description of the center’s redevelopment. Conway Plaza fronts both Expressway 83 and Conway Avenue, giving the project a place in an established Mission shopping corridor.
How the bargain-shopping model works
Ross traces its off-price approach to 1982. According to the company’s official background, buyers work directly with manufacturers to negotiate merchandise deals, while the chain’s purchasing scale helps support its pricing.
The stores keep presentation simple, too. Ross points to its limited decorative fixtures and no-frills interiors as part of how it passes savings along. The emphasis is on what is on the racks rather than elaborate displays.

For nearby residents, the practical story is a familiar retailer joining a center already used for shopping, errands, and fitness. The drawing continues to show My Melrose alongside Ross; it does not establish that My Melrose is leaving the plaza.
