7 Brew is planning a new Willis drive-thru, bringing the promise of caramel-rich coffees and colorful afternoon refreshments to 225 FM 1097 Road W. The proposed stand puts personalized drinks at the center of a quick stop. For local customers, that means another future place to turn a routine errand into a small treat.
Imagine a cold coffee with creamy vanilla and caramel, or a refreshing lemonade when the afternoon calls for something bright. The fun comes from finding a favorite—and knowing the next visit can taste a little different.
7 Brew Starts With a Sweet Sip
The Blondie is a good introduction to the menu. It blends espresso with vanilla, caramel, and the company’s breve mix. That combination brings a creamy texture and buttery caramel flavor to a familiar coffee base.
Meanwhile, the published drink menu offers Sweet & Salty with salted caramel and white chocolate. Cinnamon Roll takes another direction with brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate. Both give a coffee order the comfort of dessert-inspired flavors.
For a morning pickup, those combinations can make the first sip something to anticipate. Later in the day, a different flavor can turn the same drive-thru visit into a fresh order. That flexibility is a big part of the appeal.
A Drink That Fits Your Taste
According to its official menu, 7 Brew offers more than 20,000 possible drink combinations. Customers can adjust sweetness, choose flavors, add espresso, or select alternatives such as oat, coconut, and almond milk.
For example, a half-sweet order leaves room for someone who prefers a gentler finish. Meanwhile, cold foam, whipped cream, or a drizzle can add another layer. The result is an order shaped around the person holding the cup.
Coffee also shares the menu with teas, lemonades, smoothies, shakes, and flavored sodas. As a result, a group can make one stop without agreeing on one kind of drink. The 7 Fizz category offers caffeine-free sodas, while other selections have their own caffeine profiles.

7 Brew Grew Around the Drive-Thru
The company started in Northwest Arkansas in 2017. Its concept pairs customized drinks with upbeat service, using the name Brewistas for its employees. The goal is a quick visit that still leaves room for a friendly exchange.
That approach fits a stand built around beverages rather than a dining room. A customer can settle into a familiar order or ask about a different flavor. Either way, the experience focuses on making the drink run part of the day worth enjoying.
A New Stop Along FM 1097
The Willis 7 Brew proposal also appears in SRS Real Estate Partners’ marketing for the property. The listing names the coffee drive-thru alongside Take 5 and Austin Bank and places the site just off Interstate 45.
For local drivers, that gives the project a familiar setting along FM 1097. The planned drive-thru-only format suits a coffee before the next appointment or a refreshing drink on the way home. The attraction is the convenience of a short stop with plenty of choices.
The state project registration lists a 550-square-foot 7 Brew with an estimated $650,000 construction cost. Its filed schedule runs from December 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027. Those are construction estimates, not a confirmed opening date.
An exact opening day has not been confirmed in the sources reviewed. Until then, Willis drink fans can start considering the first order: creamy caramel coffee, cinnamon sweetness, or something cold and fruity for the road.
