Jersey Mike’s is bringing a new sandwich stop to Victoria, with plans for 7804 N. Navarro Street, Suite 200. For hungry shoppers, the draw is easy to picture: freshly sliced meats, crisp toppings, and a hot cheesesteak wrapped up for the ride home. The proposed restaurant will finish out space in an existing retail center near Victoria Mall.
The Victoria Advocate places the shop in front of the mall, giving the project a familiar local landmark. Meanwhile, the menu offers plenty of reasons to turn an ordinary shopping trip into a lunch stop.
Jersey Mike’s Starts With the Slice
At Jersey Mike’s, the cold-sub experience centers on meats and cheeses sliced in front of the customer. Store-baked bread gives those layers a home, and the toppings finish the order. It is a simple process with plenty of room for personal preferences.
Ordering Mike’s Way adds onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, and spices. That means a little crunch, a little tang, and seasoning tucked into the same bite. Plus, the vegetables help balance the richness of the deli meats and cheese.

A New Lunch Option Near Victoria Mall
For Victoria, the appeal is local and practical. Jersey Mike’s will add a sandwich option along North Navarro for nearby shoppers, workers, and residents. A loaded cold sub or hot Philly could become part of a familiar errand route.
The state project registration describes a 1,938-square-foot interior build-out within an existing retail shell. It lists an estimated $145,350 cost and a construction schedule of September 1 through December 31, 2026. Those dates are estimates for the work, not a confirmed opening schedule.
An exact opening day has not been confirmed in the sources reviewed. Until then, the anticipation comes down to a delicious choice: the crunch and tang of an Italian served Mike’s Way, or the warm comfort of a cheesesteak fresh from the grill.
