This is an expansion within the city, rather than its first location. Burlington’s official store directory already lists a store at 13521 University Boulevard.
Meanwhile, local reporting confirms the new Market at Town Center location will replace Saks OFF 5TH. That change keeps retail at the center of the property’s next chapter.

When Will the New Store Open?
The state project registration describes alterations to the existing 25,148-square-foot building for Burlington. It lists an estimated $1 million project and a construction window of September 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027. An official opening date has not been announced.
