O-Daddy’s is bringing its sandwich ambitions to Perryton, and this small business has a big appetite for what comes next.
The Guymon, Oklahoma, restaurant is expanding to 2010 S. Main Street in Perryton. Its calling card is oven-fired sandwiches, backed by loaded potatoes and a colorful lineup of iced drinks. But the story behind that menu is just as interesting as what comes out of the oven.
O-Daddy’s built the restaurant around the oven
Co-owner Michael Davis told NewsChannel 10 that the business opened in July 2024. The idea was to put brick-oven sandwiches at the center of the operation. In Guymon, they placed the oven in the middle of the building and built the restaurant around it.
Then customers started asking where the other locations were and how they could get involved. Davis said franchising was not initially the plan. However, that interest prompted the owners to learn how to expand the business.
That makes Perryton part of a young regional brand’s growth story. A sandwich shop that found support in Guymon now has the opportunity to earn a following across the state line.
A sandwich that lives up to the O-Daddy’s name
The brand’s published menu gives hungry customers plenty to consider. Its namesake O-Daddy layers ham, roast beef, turkey, bacon, and pastrami with provolone, lettuce, tomato, Dijon, and mayo. It is a substantial lineup before you even think about a side.
Meanwhile, Steak & Gouda pairs marinated steak with Gouda, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Pastrami fans have a rye-bread option with Swiss, mustard, and red onion. The appeal is easy to picture: warm bread, savory fillings, and cheese bringing the whole sandwich together.
Bring a fork for the potatoes
O-Daddy’s also gives baked potatoes main-course treatment. The Loaded Cheesesteak Potato combines steak, green peppers, onions, Swiss, butter, and sour cream. For another hearty option, the Oklahoman Potato comes with chili, cheese, fresh onions, butter, and sour cream.
The full menu also lists mac and cheese, baked potato salad, and roasted street corn among the sides. In other words, picking the sandwich may only solve half your lunch order.

Save room for something sweet
The drinks deserve a look, too. The existing menu includes coconut, peach, strawberry dragonfruit, and watermelon mint options alongside familiar tea choices. That offers a little more variety than the usual sweet-or-unsweet decision.
Then there is dessert: bread pudding, cherry cobbler, blackberry cobbler, and fresh-baked cookies appear on the published menu. A hot sandwich followed by a little cobbler sounds like a good reason to take a proper lunch break.
These offerings describe the brand’s existing menu. Perryton’s final menu and availability will be confirmed by the local restaurant.
Perryton joins the next chapter
The Guymon business has announced its Perryton franchise expansion. Meanwhile, the local restaurant’s page describes it as locally owned and highlights brick-oven-fired sandwiches, colossal baked potatoes, and signature iced teas.
The planned building is 2,450 square feet, with dine-in service and a drive-up window. The indexed state filing, TABS2026027157, lists an estimated $500,000 cost and a construction schedule of August 24–November 2, 2026. November 2 is the construction completion target, not a confirmed opening date.
For O-Daddy’s, this is a chance to turn one town’s support into another town’s new favorite lunch. For Perryton, it means the next big sandwich craving may have an address right on South Main.
