Another Nine plans to begin its Austin-area expansion in Georgetown with five private indoor golf simulator suites at The Junction, giving players an around-the-clock alternative to booking an outdoor tee time.
The company identifies 210 Blue Springs Boulevard as its forthcoming Georgetown location and advertises a winter opening target. A state construction registration places the 3,000-square-foot project in Suite 102 and estimates the interior renovation at $500,000.
Five private suites and a putting green
Plans call for five enclosed rooms equipped with Trackman golf simulators, seating and refrigerators. The construction scope also includes a small putting green, one restroom and two storage spaces. PMBA Architects is listed as the design firm, and The Junction Fund I, LLC is identified as the property owner.
The layout combines practice space with room for guests to sit between shots. Unlike an open row of simulator bays, the enclosed suites give each booking its own playing area. The putting green adds a separate component beyond the simulated rounds.
According to Another Nine’s Austin-area announcement, customers will book online and use automated entry, with no membership required. The operator promotes 24-hour access, Trackman swing analysis and a virtual selection of more than 350 courses, along with practice ranges and games. Its model accommodates individual practice or group sessions without requiring a country-club membership.
Another Nine also describes lounge seating, televisions and a bring-your-own-beverage policy. Those features position the suites as places to spend time with friends as well as work on a golf swing. The company has not announced a specific Georgetown opening day.

A tenant at The Junction
The address ties the golf business to a larger commercial property. A Cooley Capital leasing brochure for 210 Blue Springs Boulevard depicts an 18,000-square-foot food-hall and entertainment building alongside three flex buildings, with pickleball courts and a stage shown on the property plan.
The brochure provides context for the surrounding development, but it does not label Another Nine’s suite or establish which other amenities are operating. The golf project’s own registration identifies the facility as The Junction and describes a tenant-scale renovation rather than construction of the entire campus.
Winter target and construction schedule
The filing lists an estimated construction start of November 16, 2026, and completion of January 31, 2027. Those dates describe the planned building work, not a confirmed public opening. Another Nine’s winter target is a separate operator announcement.
For Georgetown, the project would add a bookable indoor recreation option with hours that extend beyond daylight and an enclosed setting for playing during hot or wet weather. It also establishes the starting point the company has named for its expansion into the Austin metropolitan area.
