Dutch Bros plans a new Hurst coffee shop at 836 W. Pipeline Road, bringing a drive-through and walk-up option to a different address from its existing Precinct Line Road location. A new state filing outlines a freestanding building and site improvements, with an estimated construction cost of $750,000.

For Hurst residents, the proposed West Pipeline Road shop would give Dutch Bros a second address in the city, complementing its existing location at 2155 Precinct Line Road. Its drive-through and walk-up format would bring another coffee option to the West Pipeline corridor.

What the Dutch Bros filing includes

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registration lists a 986-square-foot coffee and beverage facility with both drive-through and walk-up service. The scope includes site improvements in addition to the new building.

That combination matters: the filing describes a new freestanding shop rather than an interior remodel of an existing retail suite. However, the registration does not provide a detailed site plan showing the number of vehicle lanes, driveway locations or parking arrangement. Those details remain unconfirmed.

Registered November 2 under TABS2027004928, the project is identified as Dutch Bros TX1408. The filing names 836 W Pipeline LLC as the owner and Castles Design Group PC as the design firm.

A different address from Precinct Line Road

Dutch Bros’ official Hurst location directory currently lists an operating shop at 2155 Precinct Line Road. The West Pipeline proposal therefore adds a new planned address to the brand’s local presence rather than introducing Dutch Bros to Hurst for the first time.

The two addresses would serve different parts of Hurst: the established Precinct Line Road shop and a proposed new stop along West Pipeline. For customers already familiar with Dutch Bros, the expansion would mean another convenient place to pick up coffee without crossing town.

The estimated 2027 construction window

Construction is estimated to begin April 14, 2027, and finish August 18, 2027, with a projected cost of $750,000. These are preliminary estimates, and Dutch Bros has not announced an opening date.

With its compact footprint and drive-through focus, the West Pipeline proposal would extend Dutch Bros’ reach in Hurst while adding another coffee stop to a well-traveled local corridor.

For now, the concrete takeaway is a planned compact coffee facility with two service formats at 836 W. Pipeline Road. A confirmed site layout and a company opening announcement would provide the next useful details for Hurst customers.
